Terms and Conditions

The SocietyOne App is brought to you by SocietyOne Australia Pty Ltd ACN 151 627 977.  SocietyOne Australia Pty Ltd (SocietyOne, we, us) holds Australian Credit Licence 423660 and is an authorised representative of SocietyOne Investment Management Pty Ltd ACN 604 960 018, which holds Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) 477365.  

By using the SocietyOne App you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

#### Downloading and using the App

You can download the App from the Apple Store and Google Play.  You are responsible for all data usage charges and other costs associated with downloading and using the App.

From time to time, we will update the App and you may be required to download the updated version to continue using the App.  Some features of the App may not be compatible with older devices or operating systems.

The current version of the App provides you with access to SocietyOne personal loan accounts and credit scores. Over time we'll be adding new products and features to the App.

#### Security

You must keep the device on which you install the SocietyOne App safe and secure, including by using a password or fingerprint/facial recognition to control access to your device. You must not allow anyone else to use the App on your device.  You must tell us immediately of any unauthorised use or any other breach of security in relation to the App.  If you sell, give away or otherwise dispose of your device, you must first delete the App.

You must not do anything fraudulent or malicious in relation to the App, or any of its features or products, including by copying, modifying, reverse engineering or tampering with the App in any way.

#### Suspending or terminating access

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App to protect you from fraud or financial loss, or if we suspect the App is being used in breach of these Terms and Conditions or any law.  The App may also be temporarily unavailable from time to time if we need to perform system maintenance or for reasons beyond our control, such as system outages of third party service providers.

We'll give you reasonable notice before we suspend or terminate your access to the App, unless we believe there is a need to protect the security of our systems, or to protect ourselves from loss.

#### Contacting each other

You can contact us at any time by using the Help function within the App or by emailing us at <s1-customer.service@moneyme.com.au>, or you can call us on 1300 144 221 between 9am and 5pm (AEST) from Monday to Friday.

When we contact you, it may be through the App, your mobile device, by email or by ordinary mail.  If you change your contact details, you'll need to update them in the App or otherwise contact us to let us know about the change.

#### Liability

We do not make any promises or guarantees that the App will be free of defects, errors or viruses. We will not be liable for any loss or damage you may incur as a result of accessing or using (or being unable to access or use) the App or any of its features or products, or for any errors in, or omissions from, the information provided in the App, unless the law provides that we cannot exclude or limit our liability to you. Any error in the information displayed for a product displayed on the App does not affect your or the our rights and obligations in relation to that product.

#### Changes to these Terms and Conditions

We may change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. We will notify you of any changes. Any varied Terms and Conditions will be available in the App and via this link <https://societyone.com.au/app-terms>. Subsequent use by you of the App will constitute an acceptance of varied Terms and Conditions.

#### Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction in relation to these Terms and Conditions.
